    DONT EVER COME HERE!!!😡😡 Food was awful. Got two slices of turkey on my turkey sub for a $10 sandwich. Service was really bad and employees were disorganized and rude. Prices also rising. 1.3/10 experience WONT COME BACK.

    I have ate Jimmy John's sandwiches before but have never purchased one, until now. And will never purchase one there again if I can help it. I usually go to Subway and get a cold cut foot long. I understand JJs if a different business but in my opinion can't touch Subway for quality and definitely price. JJs had nothing close to Subway's cold cut. So I purchased the 16" Roast Beef, w/tomatoes, mayo, provolone(charged me $2.50 EXTRA for the cheese!) Subway does NOT charge extra for a normal item. Also had pickles and onions. Total came to $20.49 before tip. I did add a $2.00 tip because the young lady was very nice and attentive. The bread was so so. The meat was thin, with no substance. Taste was average. Just a major disappointment. I didn't go to Subway because I did not feel like driving after checking into the hotel, so I walked across the street to JJs. 100% disappointed in their prices and their food quality. Will not allow me to post a photo of the receipt. I am usually charged between $6 and $8 for my cold foot long with multiple meats, more toppings and zero charge for my cheese! Maybe 4 inches longer but not near the food quantity or quality

    Today is forecasted to be 90°F. The ice machine for soft drinks is broken. I guess they can’t be bothered to go to a gas station and buy some bags of ice. Yet they still take orders online. I ordered two meal deals online. What good is a soft drink that’s warm. Very disappointing.
