  Today is forecasted to be 90°F. The ice machine for soft drinks is broken. I guess they can’t be bothered to go to a gas station and buy some bags of ice. Yet they still take orders online. I ordered two meal deals online. What good is a soft drink that’s warm. Very disappointing.

  Slowest Jimmy John's ever. They take over ten minutes to make sandwiches now. I've been coming here for years and the speed has deteriorated greatly. And if you come within 30 minutes of closing they won't have most toppings. And why is the music so loud?!

  Placed an order online for pickup..extremely disappointed with my sandwiches..It literally had half the meat its supposed to have for a giant sub. Don't go to this JJ's..there's better none-stingy ones out there.

  Always order delivery. Not planning on ordering anymore, didn't receive any of our drinks. Half the sandwiches were missing items. None of the sandwiches were cut like requested a complete mess. If they're not interested in properly fulfilling orders after 7:00 p.m. they should just stop doing it. This isn't the first time we've had issues. And if a delivery driver comes to get food, it's also the store's responsibility to make sure they get the right stuff. Not just the driver. But when they don't answer the phone when you try to call back it's really a pain in the backside.

  Came to dine in and wouldn’t come back here. It took a lot longer to get a sandwich here compared to any other JJ’s location I’ve been to before. I paid $15 for a BLT combo and it felt like they skimped on every aspect of that sandwich. I had to check if they actually put mayo on it and the bacon reminded me of that pre-cooked kraft bacon you see in grocery stores. Besides the bad food quality, the staff here were awful. The guy making my sandwich had his pants sagging so his entire butt was showing. I don’t care if you do that outside your workplace, but nobody wants to see the sweaty underwear of the person making their food while they wait for it. Also, maybe I just chose to eat there when there were a lot of online orders, but it seemed like it took a lot longer to get a sandwich than when I went to JJ’s in the past. Remember when they were “freaky fast”? I guess that’s like 15 minutes now. I remember going to jimmy john’s in the past and having the sandwich made before I even got my drink filled, but I guess that’s a thing of the past. Anyway, this sucked and don’t go here.
