- GGGodloveseveryone6 days ago1.0Had an issues with 2 Caucasian with bald heads and full beards they're managers, as soon as I get there names I will be updating this review.August 27th 2026, very rude customer service. I proceeded to roll down my window to tell him the name of my order, one of the managers rolled his eyes and said with an aggressive tone "YOU NEEDA to have your order ready" I asked him, i am a customer why are you being rude, he slammed the windows door on me. The other manager came out and said "what's the problem" he said "what's the problem!"" Is that how they greet customers now!!??I explained to him that your manager is being extremely rude to me. The manager that came to ask "whats the problem" waved his hand at me walked away he then came back and proceeded to talk about how he makes more money than me! All of this was done in front of other CUSTOMERS how unprofessional that is!! I will be taking necessary actions and escalating the problem with corporate until those two managers are fired. I do not want any other customers to experience that!

I have to give five stars to the Chick-fil-A on Eager Road and specifically recognize the manager, Canyon, and new hire Jamya for outstanding customer service. I pulled up at 9:59 PM, literally with about 30 seconds to spare, because I needed to grab my daughter a kids meal with a 5-count nugget, ice cream, and lemonade. Instead of making me feel rushed or acting like they were already closed, Canyon and Jamya welcomed me in, took care of my order, and had me in and out in record time. What impressed me most was their attitude. At a lot of restaurants, employees start mentally checking out or shutting everything down 20–30 minutes before closing. You walk in while they’re technically still open and feel like you’re inconveniencing everyone. That was NOT the experience here. Even with less than a minute before closing, this location maintained the same high standard of customer service you’d expect in the middle of the day. No attitude, no rushing me out, no excuses—just friendly, professional, efficient service. That says a lot about the management and the culture at this location. Canyon is clearly setting a strong example, and Jamya did an excellent job, especially as a new hire. Thank you both for taking care of me and making sure I could get my daughter’s meal that night. Five stars all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I will be speaking to a GM! Disgusting. Here is another piece of nail that was in my drink. The other piece was gross and I spit it out.
