  Your standard Buffalo Wild Wings. Larger than a lot of them so when there is a sporting event it tends to get a little more Poppin than most and can really ad to fun of cheering for your team. Food is always on point, so if you like BWW, you won’t be disappointed by this one.

  This place is an absolute disaster. From rocks glasses being used in the ice (kidding me right?) to serving food 65 minutes after you order. Guy next to me didn’t get a fork for 20 minutes. No one bussing tables. It’s amazing this place is actually open. And how can you possibly track orders from that picture. Train your staff and actually hire people. Stay a safe distance away from here.

  The restaurant was empty besides a 4 group of people getting ready to leave. Waited 5 mins for a host to try and seat us just to be told we can’t sit in a booth because that was another serves side. Ok cool just to sit at the table for 20 mins with no service. Asked for a manager 15 mins in and didn’t get one until walking out just for her to not care…this location has very poor customer service, bad attitudes, and need to find a new job

  "In the past month I've had two significant order errors at this location. First I was given boneless wings when I ordered and paid for bone-in. Most recently I placed an app order, waited 40+ minutes, and arrived home to find multiple charged items missing. The location also had visible hygiene issues and staff showed no accountability."

  This location has really gone downhill. Seating for 2 of us seemed to be an issue as the hostess had to go talk to another server and a bartender for atleast 5 min before coming back to tell me they could seat us after all after originally telling us that , " she had to see if we still eat," even though it was only 10pm on a Friday night. Once seated you could tell the waitress didn't want to wait on us and it look her roughly 10 minutes to comes get a drink order from us. This really ruined our dining experience and has us contemplating ever coming back. As a waitress myself I am appalled with how this Brentwood location in a nice area can have such lazy, immature workers. If I were to treat custiomers how we were treated I wouldn't still have a job. It's a shame that this location can't seem to get it together. As far as the food goes it all came out hot. My chicken wings were not all flats and she rang in the wrong sauce for me and my son's food. At this point we just wanted to leave. We boxed our food up so we could take it home and toss it in sauce we did like. We left still very hungry. Avoid this location at ALL costs guys!
