    I just ate here and was served raw chicken. Luckily I was able to notice a huge difference in taste and spat it out. I'm usually a huge fan of buffalo wild wings but this was a huge let down and I feel disgusted.

    Members of the party that dined with our group have already left detailed reviews regarding our experience that evening, so I won't rehash every issue. Instead, I want to address what has happened since. Following our visit, both myself and another member of our group reached out through your website. I also took the additional step of contacting corporate directly. My friend received a response requesting a mailing address so gift cards could be sent. I, however, received an email asking whether I was satisfied with the resolution provided. The problem is that I never received a resolution, a phone call, an email, or any meaningful response at all. At this point, the lack of follow-through is becoming as disappointing as the experience that prompted the complaint in the first place. I understand that a party of 16 may be insignificant to a large chain restaurant, but my immediate family has been loyal customers for years and dines with your brand regularly. Unfortunately, this location's handling of the situation—and the apparent lack of concern shown afterward—has damaged that goodwill far more than a single bad meal ever could. Mistakes happen. Poor service can happen. What is far harder to overlook is being ignored after making every reasonable effort to address the issue through the proper channels.

    We waited over an hour at our table and our food came out cold like it had been sitting and the drinks tasted like juice. I don’t think they even put alcohol in it. One of us didn’t even get our drink. The waitress was so busy she couldn’t check on our table or refill our waters. They keep seating people, but can’t keep up with the customers already seated. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will not be back to this location.

    Ok, I'm not editing my original review, but clarifying it: I went back as we wanted to watch the USA game, and I have never seen a national establishment more short-staffed than this restaurant. There are between 30-40 tables and a full bar at this location. The restaurant is manned by one server, one bartender, one busser, and two cooks on a Friday night. I have never seen staff work as hard as they did to try to satisfy 100+ customers. Drinks took 30 minutes, food was well close to two hours, but can you blame them? Five people running an entire full-service restaurant? Heck, the bartender was even running back to the kitchen to serve tables while trying to keep up with drink orders. I commend the staff that worked and tried their best to keep up with customers. This location is in dire need of better management, better franchise owner, and many more staff. I am shocked the staff even shows up to work knowing they will be running around and will not catch up while being blamed. As a customer, if you go, please know that it’s not the staff’s fault, ownership of this location is the one to blame for the poor operation of this establishment. Food was not good service was horrible it took 1 hour for our food I did not get my drink for 30 minutes tvs were glitching out an half of them are broken this place is not good to come to

    Date of service: Evening of Saturday May 30, 2026 To leave a required minimum one star review is generous to say the least. Being a long time patron and fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, I am truly disappointed by the deplorable service we received on this night. Let me begin by saying that we called ahead to check if they could serve a large group. We were assured that they could accommodate us. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly where there were small groups and many open tables. Not what I would call an especially busy service at that time. Shortly thereafter, our server took our drink orders and were brought to our tables. However this is where what should have been an enjoyable graduation gathering for our nephew ended. After nearly 45 minutes our server began to take our food orders and after an additional hour and a half our food began to arrive. It took another 30 minutes before the majority of our group had been served and one guest never received his meal at all. In the interim, we witnessed several tables be seated, orders taken and served. At this point, we probably should have cut bait and went somewhere else to eat. However, as three of our family members are elderly, our first priority was to get our family members fed so we decided to wait it out. Utensils were never brought to our group even upon repeated requests as our entrees slowly began to arrive. One of our family members finally approached the greeter about silverware and was handed a handful of plastic carry out packets. Beverages were never refilled and dipping sauces were not delivered with many of our meals only to arrive at our tables long after most of us had finished eating. Most meals were served cold but we persevered. Ultimately we decided as a group to call it a night, ask for the bill and numerous to-go boxes. At this point the manager approached and asked about our service. We were respectfully quite blunt about our experience siting all the grievances I have mentioned and some I've left out. Her response left me dumbfounded. No apology given, only the excuse that we were a large group of 13 and that the other tables had certainly placed their orders before us. To add insult to injury an 18% gratuity was automatically added to our bill per policy on large groups. My recommendation is that this manager and many of the staff be terminated and replaced with those who will uphold the standard of service patrons of BWW appreciate and return for. I cannot speak for the rest of our group but I will continue to patronize other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. But this one fell far short of previous experiences.
