  The food was great. The portions were slightly smaller than we expected but good all the same. The service decent but they quickly got overwhelmed with it being about half full. The decor is in very nice taste. The amount of children running around was less welcome as they would bump into guests.

  Went for dinner last night and honestly was disappointed. The service we received from our waitress was poor. We were say timely, but then waited almost 15 minutes for our serve to even acknowledge us. We had to ask for drink refills (water and soft drinks). Our waitress did not acknowledge our beverages were low and ask if we’d like refills or just bring them. Other staff brought our appetizers/entrees and our waitress did not check on if our food was correct. At the end of our meals there was an issue with her electronic tablet and she was unable to get us our check in a timely manner We waited over 20 minutes, which was confusing because I had seen her give other patrons a printed receipt in a folio, which she did also eventually give to us. Additionally, I had to ask 3 separate times for a to go box. The food however, was excellent. Prepared as requested and flavorful. The premium sides were not worth the up charge though. With the level of service we received I don’t think I’ll be back.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal Service from Sabrina! We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Bonefish Grill, and a massive part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Sabrina! From the moment we were seated, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cheerful.She kept our drinks refilled, timed our food perfectly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. It is rare to find someone who takes such obvious pride in providing exceptional customer service.Between the delicious food and Sabrina's stellar hospitality, she truly made our meal memorable. We will definitely be back and will absolutely be asking for her section again! Highly recommend! Management also made sure they were able to accommodate a large party. Top Tier service 👏

  I had a positive experience with the sashimi and salmon last week. Tonight the kitchen completely missed the mark. The olive oil herb dip was old or missing ingredients. The crusted sashimi tuna appetizer was entirely bland. The Pan-Seared Blackened Ahi Tuna was plain and flat. My server was polite, but struggled with his ordering device, failing to recognize the names of core menu items and sides. The kitchen may have received an incorrect ticket and sent out unseasoned food.To his credit, the server was trying his best. I will think very carefully before spending my money here again.

  My family and I recently went to Bonefish Grill, and unfortunately, the service was terrible from the moment we walked in. When we entered, there was no hostess at the front. Several servers walked past us without acknowledging us. At one point, my husband spoke directly to a server named Denise as she walked by, and she didn’t respond. Eventually, a waitress came over, greeted us, and took us to a table — only for us to realize that Denise was actually our server. The food itself was tasty overall, with the exception of the mac and cheese, which was very bland and lacked flavor. We also felt that the portions were not worth the prices. The biggest issue, however, was the service. We barely saw our server throughout the meal. At one point, she disappeared for about 10 minutes, leaving us trying to figure out how we were supposed to get refills. When we finally saw her and asked for more water, the water she brought us was warm. Despite the poor service, my husband still left her a pretty good tip because that's just how he is, but honestly, the service did not deserve it. This was a very disappointing experience. Based on our visit, this is the type of location where I would recommend ordering takeout — or just skipping it altogether. We expected much better service and value for the price.
