    Ordered $107 worth of food through the DQ app. I did not receive the largest item which was a 10” cake. It was printed on the DQ receipt but not the DoorDash receipt. Simply comparing the two receipts you would know something was missing. Or common sense that 5 cupcakes, 3 shakes, and a burger doesn’t add up to $107. I called the store and was told I had to drive to the store to pick it up instead of it being delivered. I was already running late for a 18hr shift and the cake was for a bday party tomorrow when I got off work at 9am. Now that I had to drive to the store my food was all cold since I wasn’t able to eat it as soon as I received the food. When I got to the store I was asked what color cake and stated I just wanted a cake. I then asked why a manager couldn’t have drove the cake a mile away and I would like a call from the owner. I was told that they “we are not a delivery service, I’m sorry.” Then walked away. I was never asked what could be done to make my experience better. I am a manager as well and would have never treated a customer like that.

    This is my go to place for my sweet tooth. I've always had the best experiences every time I go there and I've been going there for years now. Always fast and good service and my blizzards are always top notch 👌

    Workers have bad attitude, I asked for a cup crunch mint ice cream and they looked at me like i had a third eye when i told them they got my order wrong after they gave me a cone. gave me two cups instead??? Horrible service.
