  I honestly don’t know where to begin. When we first arrived the worker was emptying the trash that instead of washing her hands she went to take our order. The place where the lids and stuff sit had food and dirt all over. The tables were all dirty. I went to wash my hands and there were no paper towels so I had to come out and used the napkins. Than the worker goes in the bathroom and comes out with dry hands unless she wiped them on her clothes which would also still be nasty. The food was not like all of the other whataburgers I have ate at. We will not be back to this location. Obviously they need new management

  I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings, chicken sandwich, cob salad, and 2 Diet Cokes. I only got 1 bacon cheeseburger, and my wife got no fork for her salad. But the folks at the window made sure I didn't get too much ketchup. I'm pretty sure you got your priorities wrong. First and probably last time for Whataburger. I can do better at 5 Guys. They have seasoned fries. But I'm an In N Out Burger man anyways. But I gave you a chance.

  I go here all the time, I’m addicted to the onion rings! 😂 Also, the employee named Ricky there is absolutely outstanding. He shows real customer care and has a friendly attitude, someone you just feel comfortable with. He’s doing great!

  Gabi is the best manager! She is orderly, and will fix things fast! We can tell when our favorite worker is gone. The rest of the crew is awesome to! My favorite Whataburger to go to!

  Whataburger? Whataburger!!! Our first time at the location in Branson Mo. Was exceptional 😁🤤😋... We're very glad that we went back after our experience last year in Springfield😞... We originally went to the location by Costco in Springfield and broke the basic rules of not going to an establishment the first month of opening, but couldn't wait to see what all the fuss was about. Unfortunately we didn't get anything to eat from the Springfield experience as the staffing was still trying to find their footing and rhythm.. they weren't just as they say in the business "In the weed's, they were knee deep In'em"!!! Not a deal breaker but we decided we would give them a visit at a different time, fast forward to last night and what a different experience with the Branson location! They have been open quite some time (a little over a year) and it was pleasant, fast, and Deeelicious! We went through the drive thru and the staff was fast and courteous, our food was hot and fresh, our one and only issue is that the fries 🍟 we're a bit oversalted😔🤔 but everything else made up for that issue 10 fold!!!😋🤤😁🤗!! All in all, Great job, food , experience and value,(only$7.00 for a jr. Bacon cheeseburger, fries and drinks for a total cost of $17.00 for 2 people and well sized portions) Whataburger!! I would highly recommend giving them a try and in closing we would like to give a heads up to In-& Out, which was one of our top 3 fast food spots, watch your 6, Whataburger isn't playing around!!🙂‍↔️ Thanks for the excellent experience Whataburger! 1humble1
