  WOULD RATHER GO HUNGRY IN 1950s GREAT LEAP FORWARD CHINA! CALLED here and was treated to being hung up on and answers of "im not really sure" to very basic questions. my interactions with personnel on the phone DO NOT inspire confidence. Staff needs to be REtrained and or REplaced!

  Me and my wife work nights we would stop and get us something to eat to take home we tried to breakfast a few times either one of us really liked it the sweet and spicy double burgers we're really good I went through once and got a patty melt was not fully cooked the taste of raw beef to me is foul and it was pink in the middle show the next time I went through I got me a sweet and spicy and let him know I got a patty melt that weren't fully cooked and please make sure my burgers all the way done and it wasn't believe it or not so we were done with all the above only thing I eat was a buffalo chicken I went through and got two orders one night one of them had next to no buffalo on it I call let him know the same next time I come through they'll replace it next time I went through I ordered two more didn't remember who I talked to anything so I didn't even tell him about the first problem if I pull out leave get on the freeway and both orders were cold 🥶 what a mistake

  We used mobile order. My order showed to be ready but when we got to the store we had to wait another 10 minutes. The lady at the front was very rude and seems like since I asked twice for a senior coffee she deliberately went to back and waited until another customer came in. When we asked again for our order she said it just came in. Once we got our order food was just warm, so we know it had been ready for a few minutes.

  When we first moved from East Texas a few months back, we went to Whataburger many times. We loved ours in Texas. Each time we were there the order was wrong, incomplete and the servers didn't seem to care. No apologies. And it took a while to get our food. BUT THE REST OF THE STORY ...we went back after a month and from the kind happy voice on the order box and the desire to repeat it correctly, to the smile and eye contact at the window/door. This new employee is so incredible he must be recognized. Our order was right, out quickly, and we were told we were appreciated with a smile, a nice uniform and a pause at our window asking if he could get us anything else and to have a terrific day. The meal was wonderful..just like Texas...but even Texas doesn't have a MADDEAUX KINSEY! He really needs someone to come to Branson and just watch him...he is remarkable. He needs a raise and a promotion. And no...we have never seen him before today...but we will, Lords will, be back. Love our Whataburger! The Bachmans

  It really shouldn't take over 20 minutes for fast food. Especially when its not busy. I do realize that nowadays they all seem to prioritize doordash people which is bs. It was also frustrating seeing several workers just standing around chitchatting with the dashers for very long periods of time. I think one was a supervisor or something. Then I guess the kiosk ordered get priority also . Its crazy. Yea the place is small inside but that is definitely not the problem there. Its the workers...
