  One of the worst experiences I have ever had. When ordering on doordash I had my order exactly the way I wanted it for both me and spouse but when I got the order it was on wrong bread and also cheese on both sandwiches. Had to drive all the way to store because the phone wouldn't get answered. When I got there Shawn was disrespectful and said he followed to a t and I had to show he used wrong bread and also cheese. He had an attitude and then said I could just call his manager and get him in trouble and then also tried to refuse to make food. I said no you need to make correctly like I paid for. I will never be back at this store. I want the owner to get ahold of me.

  We placed an order using the app today (4/13). We were able to use the BOGO deal. We ordered two different footlongs. We both love veggies so both had several toppings. The sandwiches were made with total order accuracy. We had plenty of toppings, but they weren’t just slapped on the bread. They were easy to eat and very very well made. The bread and vegetables both tasted really fresh. We were extremely impressed and both agreed that they were some of the best subway sandwiches that we have ever had. Thank you so much to the Subway in the Dogwood Plaza!!!

  Had a great experience here. Im from out of town, here for work. Got a sandwich early to take to work for my lunch. The guy there was great. When I told him the sandwich woukd be in the fridge awhile before I ate it, he gave me recommendations as to why not to toast it, and even put my sauce on the side so it wouldn't get all soggy. Didn't know they would put on the side I was happy with his service level and his attention to details... thank you!

  I walked in at 1058am, the door was open and the lady behind the counter said "We're not open yet" And nothing else. I left. They open at 11am
