  Went to Shoneys expecting the same service we've had at other Shoneys. We ordered two breakfast buffets,waiter brought our coffee and water coffee cup had lipstick on it, asked for a lean cup, and a few minutes a different waiter brought another cup of coffee. No apology and never heard from our waiter again until check out. Paid $3.59 for a cup of coffee and never had an offer for a refill. There were only 3 or 4 tables occupied so the poor service was not due to being busy, and there were quite a few waiters and waitreses there. Not very pleased with zero service. Will not be back to Shoneys in Branson again.

  It took about 15 minutes to be seated. With only 1 large group in front of us. When they brought out coffee it was cold so it took about 10 or more minutes to make a fresh pot and bring us more. Overall the food was not at proper temperature or seasoned.

  boy howdy was it freezing in there. They had so many fans it was colder than satans freezer. Also they took near 40 minutes to deliver my wife’s meal since she didn’t do the buffet. She had to sit and watch everyone else eat and the food itself was fun but Dennys is better every day of the week and far cheaper and less cold

  So as we were making our plates from the Buffett with limited dried out options, the macaroni pan was foamy (almost like soap was left inside of it and not rinsed properly) when all of a sudden my daughter slipped and fell on the hard floor because there was a wet floor with NO SIGN. Someone half hazardly came AFTER she fell WITHOUT asking if she was ok or apologizing and put up a wet sign. Absolutely terrible. We left immediately.

  Awful experience, unorganized, understaffed, food on bar was old and nasty, price as advertised for take out was deceptive and nor correct, management was incompetent and unwilling to help. Severs are overworked and treated badly in front of customers. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. They should be ashamed of how this is operating. This isn't the first or even second time, I tried to give them multiple opportunities for better services and food thinking maybe it was just a bad day.. that is NOT the case! I even tried addressing this with management on this last horrible experience and she made it even worse!! Don't waste your time or money on this terrible establishment!
