Angel is an AWFUL waiter!!! Immediately started off our visit with sarcasm. He sent us to get our food and said he would come back to get our drink orders, even though we were all sitting there, ready to give the orders. Got our food, sat back down, he got our orders, he asked us about ages, kids are 10 and under but he told us the 10 year old would be charged as an adult, and then contradicted himself saying kids are 4-10. We asked if it wa possible to get some biscuits at our table because every time we went up there, they were gone. His response was "its a buffet, you have to actually get up and get them yourself." Then he went to the next table to get orders, then the next table, then the next. I literally watched him got to 4 other tables. The 4th one he started checking out, and it was a large party so that took a while. Then he left to the back. Waited, waited, finally my husband went to the back to ask for water, got his cup, came back to the table, and the rest of us were still waiting for our drinks. When Angel finally brings our drinks out, we asked what took so long because we were done eating now, and he said he was only 1 person, and it all depends on people's attitude, his other table was priority. Literally said that to us also. Then he proceeded to hold our drinks in his hand and tell us if we dont want them he can just take them back. We said we want them, but it would've been nice to have them before we finished eating. I'll be honest, I told him he was a terrible waiter! Somebody needs to. His response was "you're not the first person to say that!" What does that tell you?! He knows he is terrible and doesn't even care. When we asked about our ticket he thumbs up'd us to the front. We again, waited and waited, the group behind us started checking out, which is when we found out the waiter was supposed to be checking us out...he never showed. We asked for a manager, Sabrina came out, she was very sweet and understanding, she apologized and we told her we appreciate it but she isn't the one that needs to apologize, the waiter Angel does. He finally showed up, just to give us more sarcasm, "well, I asked for your drink orders and nobody said anything" We said no that's not true, he told us to go get food first and he would come back for the orders. That happened in front of the manager Sabrina. By the way, the table next to us never got their drinks from him either and they were sitting there quietly the whole time.
Angel has a sarcastic attitude problem and has no business being in the waiter industry.
