  Well I will be the Simon Cowell for this review. There were eight people in our party with the automatic tip the bill came to $370 and not one of us was satisfied with our meals. My 12oz prime rib was 8 oz of fat and a couple bites of meat. My wife’s ribeye was as thin as a piece of breakfast ham and nearly raw when ordered medium. My son said his ribs tasted okay but were cold. Every meal had a problem. We were very disappointed. Service was slow even though the business was not that busy. My beer wasn’t even very cold. For the amount of money I spent the meal should have been fantastic and I believe Texas Roadhouse is much better. We won’t be going back and I definitely would not recommend it. Try McDonalds you will be happier and $350 richer🤔

  Second time going to a Saltgrass, this time in Branson. Not really impressed either time. We sat on the deck overlooking the lake - very nice. I had the lunch pork chop. Very flavorful but small and thin. Overall impression? OK but not enough to make me go back.

  Our waitress, Karli, was very nice, attentive and excellent! I can't remember what it was called but I ordered a pasta dish that had artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, shrimp and a lemon sauce. The food was delicious, as always! The atmosphere was nice. It has a western, southern vibe.We definitely enjoy Saltgrass every time We visit!

  Food was great and service was superb. I believe our waitress was Lisa? I’m so bad with names. She was awesome! I had the salmon Oscar and daughter had pasta. We both raved about the food. Mushrooms were to die for. Staff was very sweet and friendly. My daughter and I had a great time.

  Honestly staff was great the food was great but the wait was terrible. We got there at 7:20 and there was no wait time or anything and were seated rather quickly but once we were seated we didn’t get our food until after an hour of being sat. Our waitress was sweet but she rarely checked up on us and we had to ask for our food to go because we were a part of a large group and were not gonna make it on time where we were meeting up. We spoke to a manager as he asked about our experience and when we said that it just took way to long he said that they try to pace out the food so we could “enjoy a restaurant experience” and not feel rushed but sitting in a restaurant hungry for over an hour is just ridiculous. Yes we understand that it’s not fast food and it’ll take just a little longer but we still expect to get our food within a timely manner. What do you enjoy when you’re waiting for over an hour and hungry. The restaurant was not packed in any way many groups received their meals before us and like I said in the beginning there was no wait time coming in. Our group was mostly teenagers I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it but I don’t believe much of what the manager was saying because we saw multiple people receive their food before us and even other people from our travel group dined there and did not have to disclose the fact that they were on a time crunch. Everything else was great and wonderful but the experience just wasn’t enjoyable due to how long it took to get our food.
