  We had a family dinner at Saltgrass last night. The food was excellent, but the star of the show was our waiter. His name is Zander. He was very personable and loved his sense of humor!!! He started calling us the royal family! We were celebrating my mom’s birthday and he even gave her a handwritten birthday card that was very kind and hilarious! It was about how it was an honor to serve the royal family. His personality made the experience one of the best I’ve ever had! He’s a keeper and we would go back just to have him again. Thank you Zander for being so incredible and providing 5 star service!!!

  Our first time at a Saltgrass restaurant and this will be our new "go to" steakhouse. First, I need to say, our server Layla was very special. Not just a great server but SOOOOO friendly, efficient and sweet. Also, the manager Austin was so cool and approachable. Great team there overall. Now for the food. We ordered steak, grilled chicken, salads, and roasted Brussels sprouts. OMGoodness! Id always thought there was a fine line between good and dry chicken but these guys crossed that gap by a long shot. Great flavor and juicy. My steak was perfect, seriously. Grilled to achieve a nice bark and of course, still pink and juicy. My wife ordered a potatoe which was good, but ended up stealing a bunch of my Brussels sprouts, because they was extraordinary. WARNING- keep your sprouts more than an arm's length away from others if you want to enjoy some yourself. They're THAT good. We went for lunch and couldn't help but to keep marveling at the food, staff and atmosphere. We checked and found we do have a location back home (Nashville) and will be hitting that one for our steak nights. I sure hope its as great as the one in Branson! Of course, we won't have Layla!

  Arrived early for my reservation and they were able to seat us anyway. The food was the best I have had this vacation. Berke was right there with everything we could want or need the whole meal and was able to have a drink made for me without alcohol that wasn’t listed that way on the menu!

  The 6 oz filet is outstanding and if you are in Branson there is not a better place to enjoy a steak. I dont think you will find anything better. You can pay a lot more for a steak in this town and not even get close. The service was incredible, the quality of food is excellent and the key lime pie... I highly recommend! Great job guys, way to go. Perfect experience.

  I ordered directly from website for delivery. My order took an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive to me after it was picked up (it’s a ten minute drive). My order sat in a bag for over an hour. It was cold. Not only that but the steak was raw…I ordered medium. I didn’t want to get food poisoning from raw meat that sat for an hour. The restaurant would not make it right and I had to deal with DoorDash on the phone for hours. I did not order through door dash, I ordered from the restaurant website. They should have made it right. Poor service, poor delivery, poor food. All around bad.
