Incredibly disappointing display from a commercially marquee fast food option. Service happened the way it was supposed to, but when we got to the protein I swear I was only given 2oz for my order, had I dared to ask for more I would've had to pay an additional 30% of my order price for more and I couldn't bring myself to say anything additional. I was this deep already so I wasn't going to invalidate the work put into my food, and I was completely disappointed with almost every facet of my burrito besides the rice. $14.49 wasted, I couldn't even finish it and threw the rest in the bin outside the store. No wonder they don't charge you for any of their extras for their food, not a lick of it is any good. Maybe the lunch crew just isn't up to snuff, regardless, I wouldn't spend any time on this location. I'm typing this at the Downton Pour House which is 7 minutes away, enjoying a delicious lunch for a dollar more.

Jamal was super nice and helpful he should get a raise. The other women cashiers rolled eyes and are disrespectful and super unhelpful and very very unprofessional.

None of us finished our food because it wasn't good. Chiken was fatty, non-breast meat, foods were dry and flavorless. Only item that tasted good was chips. No air-conditioning in restaurant. No ice in fountain drink dispenser. Staff didn't seem to want to be there.

Ordered online for pick up; waited 35 additional minutes since only 1 person working for most the time I waited. Got back to hotel to discover only 3 of 11 ingredients I ordered in my burrito. That’s giving credit for including a protein, even though it was chicken, not the ground beef we ordered. Our chicken cholula bowl had 8 missing ingredients. The bowl was just few shreds of lettuce, white rice, shredded cheese, black beans and pico. It’s almost like they referred to our order as list of what ingredients to NOT include. If I hadn’t paid nearly $40 for it, it would almost be impressive how wrong they managed to get things. Found a hair so good news is it doesn’t matter that most of the food was missing since we don’t want to eat dinner anymore! While waiting, watched someone bring in a German shepherd puppy, allowing it to jump up and place its paws on the counter and inside of the sneeze guard. Due to the gap between the counter and sneeze guard, the animals paws were able to fit underneath where guacamole and other sauces are kept. The customer proceeded to go behind the food service prep counter to grab themselves a cup, all of which also feels very much not to health code? Based on the reviews here and on Yelp, I would be remiss to not mention that Taney County Health Department makes it really easy to report any observed health code violations or concerns, down to allowing you to attach photos to assist their investigators.

Been standing here for over 5 minutes with no help. Lobby has 6 people waiting to be served. The dining area has people sitting and eating. One girl running register, food.and everything on 4th of July weekend. Another girl came out of the back chewing food. Same gloves used for food andregister ringing. The lack of.customer service is wild. No sense of urgency. .
