Wife ordered a pizza and was not notified when it was ready. She had to track it down and by then it was not warm. There was at least a dozen empty tables that still had dirty dishes on them. Had to search for a clean table. We usually enjoy this restaurant, but not today.

Once the place got busy, they struggled to keep pizzas out — they couldn’t even keep the basic cheese and pepperoni stocked. They brought out more specialty pizzas, but most didn’t look very appealing, with maybe one or two exceptions. The arcade section wasn’t too bad, but truthfully we ended up rushing through our meal, shoveling down what we could just to leave. A solid 2‑star visit with room for improvement.

I booked with them online a few months in advance, they were extremely easy to work and communicate with. When we arrived, they were ready for us with drink cups made and fresh, hot pizza. It was extremely impressive how they were able to handle a group of 50 people, while also serving their walk-in customers at the same time. Thank you for the great service!
