  We had to search for a clean table to sit at to eat. Most tables were empty, but had not been cleaned off yet. There was no ice in the drink dispensers. The floors in the dining area has food everywhere. There were no tables with clean floors under them. For roughly $17/person, I expected a lot better experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the buffet area was fairly clean.

  We planned our party there a few weeks in advance and advised we would have 20 people. The room we had was cramped with no airflow and no room for people, presents, and food. It was a Saturday evening, so it was busy. The buffet was behind and both soda machines eventually stopped operating correctly. The ice cream machine stopped working and then there was no ice for drinks or tea. Our party room had no napkins, trash can, or plates and cups. No one gave us any direction when we walked in or supplied us with anything. I had to track someone down to ask about the pizza and when it would be ready I had to track down people to bus tables and after asking multiple times figured out where I was supposed to obtain my flame cards with the party package we purchased. As locals we were shocked they were not more prepared for a Saturday. The food was not good, the salad bar was empty and the whole experience was not worth the money paid. Very unsatisfied.

  The chicken was over cooked, tough and cold. The pizza wasn't much better. The ice cream machine kept ceasing to work. The manager said he's been over there 5 times resetting the the machine and is tired of doing it. Only had one worker cleaning off tables, another female worker sitting at a table watching videos on her phone for over a half hour. We were there around 1pm. This was the worst experience by far we have had at the Pizza Ranch. Which is a shame.

  Fried chicken was very tasty!! Salad bar, fresh with a good variety. Pizza....we were there on a Fri about 5:30, there was not much of a selection. It looked like they got busy & could not keep up with demand.

  What an awesome experience we had while in Branson. The service was great, the food was amazing, and the workers were always walking around with a smile. We ended up leaving a purse there and were able to call the next day, they found it, and shipped it to us for free! They even threw in some swag! We can’t recommend this location enough!!!
