  We had initially planned on dining here. We have a large van and in some businesses we do need to take up multiple spaces. It was around 2:30. There were maybe 2 other cars in the lot and plenty of other parking spaces. We walk in and the person at the front looks at us and asks us to move the van so as not to take up multiple spaces. Now, we can understand if they were expecting a mad rush but this was a Monday at 2:30. No other possible patrons would have been affected. We could have enjoyed a pizza and I guarantee you that we wouldn't have inconvenienced anyone except the girl behind the counter. So, not only did you lose a sale as we walked out and left but, you left a bad impression on out of state visitors. Maybe she needs to look closer at a situation before blurting out a comment.

  We visited on 9/20/26 around 2:00 p.m. We come here fairly often and usually have a perfectly fine experience, but unfortunately, this visit was very different. To start, my husband was told that no one could bring him a beer and that he would need to go to the bar and get it himself because our server was only 17. That seemed a little odd, but we went along with it. Then our appetizer never came. It was apparently completely forgotten and never entered, as it wasn't even on our check. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with hand-tossed crust, and when it came out, it was sitting in a pool of orange grease—so much that it almost looked like it had cheddar cheese on it. The crust was also extremely floppy, and when you picked up a slice, the toppings slid right off. We asked to have it taken off our bill and instead ordered a kids' pizza for our son. My husband and I just split the small BBQ chicken pizza I had ordered for myself. Unfortunately, that pizza had areas of crust that were burnt black. Most of it was still edible, though, so we decided not to complain about another item. What was especially disappointing was the attitude we received after asking to return the pepperoni pizza. We were met with eye-rolling, and we noticed the same attitude when our son's replacement pizza was brought to the table. We weren't rude or unreasonable—we simply didn't want to pay for a pizza that was clearly not prepared well. Finally, we ordered a large chocolate chip pizza to take home. When it came out, portions around the edges were completely raw. At that point, we'd had enough and didn't want to complain yet again, so we simply ate what we could and left the raw portions. In this day and age, every penny counts. When a family chooses to go out to eat and plans to spend $50–$100, it's a real disappointment to receive both poor food and poor service—especially at a restaurant we've visited many times before. We could have picked up a $9 pizza from Casey's, but we chose to spend considerably more because we expected the quality and experience we've had here in the past. Hopefully this was simply an unusually bad day, because this experience was far below what we've come to expect here.

  I really enjoyed this place. Couldn’t figure out dinner so decided pizza and this place was open the latest and I’m glad it was. Those breadsticks were amazing; garlic and butter flavor was in point. Pizza was also great as well! I will miss this place.

  I was in the Branson area, visiting a lady friend who had just moved there. While driving around Branson and Springfield, checking out the sights we saw this place had good reviews. Those reviews were not lies. We got a large pizza. We ordered half a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza and the other half Hawaiian. The ingredients were fresh, the crust had the right amount of crisp and chewiness, and the sauce had good flavor without being too sweet. The service was fast and attentive and the place looked clean and tidy. You could tell the place was well run, with everyone knowing their job. Me not knowing the area, it was also nice the place was a little off the beaten path, away from the hustle and bustle of the Branson Strip. When I come back, I'll definitely make a return visit to Ozark Mountain Pizza.

  We had a wonderful experience here. Jessica was so sweet and helped us decide what to order. We had a thin crust pepperoni and a hand tossed crust chicken, bacon, ranch. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the breadsticks were top notch, too. Would definitely eat here again and recommend them to anyone who loves great pizza and even better people!
