  Nice updated and very clean building. Ordered on my app but sat and ate inside. A little wait time but food was fresh and staff were friendly.

  On May 9th my husband and I went to this location on Hwy 76 in Branson we spent approx. $50.00 they messed out order up twice i mean how can you mess up a order twice with a screen showing the order and they never apologized for messing up our order. We also waited 30 mins for our order. That place is the worse McDonald's I have ever been in.

  Manager was very bossy to the employees and could have easily taken care of the the task given the rush and everyone waited 20 mins+ for our orders. I saw a group of ladies waiting at the table next to me wait over 30 mins for a small basic order. Id try the night shift vs the morning.

  This McDonald's is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! Took them 25 min to make me 2 McChickens a small fry and a 4 piece nugget! I literally watched 23 cars go through the drive thru from the moment I ordered to the moment I got my food. Don't know if you know the size of drive thru lanes but you can't fit 23 cars between the pay window and the menus! Zero customer service to your face! It's terrible and unprofessional. But this is how this world has come, you cater to the lazy and punish the people that actually get out of their vehicles to walk inside. It's ridiculous!
