Zero complaints about this place! The food was amazing, the staff were all friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed. We came here twice in our 4 day vacation. We will come back next time we're in the area!

I get that it's hot out, but you got that place under 70f. Little kids were shivering 2 tables over.
You serve seafood, it's badass when it's hot. When you got that place at refrigerator levels of cold the food actually sucks.
Skip this tourist trap, service from Olivia was good, but, Jesus frozen Christ...

First things first... USE THE RESERVATION OPTION ONLINE. We did, and avoided a 45 minute wait. On holidays and busy times YOU WILL WAIT, so plan ahead! Joe's is always a fun stop to eat. Be prepared to drop some cash but that's expected for the fare. Overall food is good, but my fish tacos were a touch dry and they mixed up the breading in the kitchen so my very white husband got spicy shrimp 🍤🔥. The manager was spot on with correcting the issue and very polite. Staff is always kind and fun. **Sensory sensitive folks: it is LOUD and flashing lights at times** We came on 4th of July for a birthday and had a great time 😁🇺🇸🦅🎇.

If I go see a movie, I have a decent idea of what I’m about to show my boys. Not so with the surprise pictures that Joe’s Crab Shack leaves in their men’s bathroom of scantily clad bikini models on every wall. This is obviously a popular family restaurant. I don’t know how long they have been doing this but it’s unappreciated. I will not be taking them back as long as it’s this way.
I won’t support a restaurant that thinks it’s funny or ‘chill’. It’s that mentality and casual crap like this that contributes to the erosion of our society.
I’ll go to a million other places and recommend the same for friends in the future unless things like this change.

I am a little upset right now at this restaurant so beware! We ordered service was not that good! When waitress brought the ticket there was an extra $25 billed and it was for the loyalty card which we were never told there was a charge for that! We spoke with manager who in turn came back to the table and said I would like to pay for your ticket and I am so sorry for the confusion and upset. We told him he didn’t have to but he insisted. We thanked him several times and let him know we would pass it on! Well we ended up getting charged and not only was it an extra $25 for loyalty card but another $20 for a tip ! Watch your tickets closely! I will never go back there don’t appreciate getting lied to and no I wasn’t looking for free meal but do not come to me and say hey I want to pay your bill even the table next to us was joking about hey what did you all say so we can do the same and started laughing! please be leery of the manager and the staff they put extra charges on your bill! What should have been $120 turned out to be $171! Got me once but never again horrible place that is managed by a lying manager and run by staff that adds extra stuff to your bill!
