The staff was extremely kind and brought out everything very quickly. Both times I've gone, they've given my girlfriend and I a free desert to share! Even if they make a mistake, they are quick to make up for it. They are extremely kind people and make some of the best food in Branson! If you are in the area, I highly recommend you to try this authentic Indian food!

Very disappointing experience. We were a party of five, and an automatic gratuity was added to our bill without any prior notice. If automatic gratuity applies to parties of five or more, this should be clearly communicated before ordering so customers know what to expect.
Unfortunately, the food was also not good, which made the experience even more disappointing. The issue wasn’t just the gratuity—it was the combination of poor food quality and a lack of transparency. We only noticed the additional charge when we received the bill.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and not worth it. I hope the restaurant improves both the quality of its food and the way it communicates additional charges to customers.

Very disappointing experience. We were a party of 5, and an automatic gratuity was added to our bill, but no one informed us about it beforehand. If automatic gratuity applies to parties of 5 or more, this should be clearly communicated before ordering so customers are aware.
The issue isn’t simply the gratuity and it’s the lack of transparency and communication. We only realized the additional charge when we received the bill. This left a bad impression and made the overall experience frustrating.
Food was average and not upto the mark as well

This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I have had.
We were a group of 8 people. When we arrived, we were told that there was no single table available for 8, but that we could use two separate tables. We agreed. Four of us sat down while the other four members of our group were on the way.
We clearly explained that the remaining guests were arriving shortly and even offered to place the food order for all 8 people so the second table would not simply be sitting unused. Despite that, the person at the counter told us they could not hold the table and ultimately told us to leave. What made the situation even more frustrating was that, at the time, we did not see anyone else waiting for a table.
The way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. The customer service from the cashier/manager was easily the worst part of the experience.
Some of the food items were good, so this review is not meant to criticize everything about the restaurant. However, we were unhappy with the biryani and palak paneer. When we politely brought this up and asked whether anything could be done, we were essentially told that once the food reaches the table, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. That response was very disappointing and showed little concern for customer satisfaction.
Restaurants can be busy, tables may not always be available, and customers can understand reasonable policies. What matters is how those situations are communicated and handled. In our case, the lack of courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to resolve concerns turned what could have been a simple situation into a very unpleasant experience.
Based on the service we received, I would not recommend this restaurant for larger groups, and management should seriously reconsider how customers are treated.
