  Walking in I was greeted by April whom was also my amazing server to start I was I a terrible mood had been in traffic for a few minutes upon entering mood changed every one was up beat happy smiling April was so nice she was attentive to my needs kind smiled every interaction directed me to an amazing breakfast food was perfect day was saved if you have a chance to have April as a server feel bless d she’s amazing tip her well she is great hands down best in Branson I’ll be back every time I’m in town for breakfast and dinner

  As a DoorDash driver, this is one restaurant where I will never pick up from again. I’ve picked up three times from here. Each time the wait was 30 minutes or more. DoorDash sends the order to the restaurants before we even start driving to the location. I understand restaurants are busy, but please don’t put us on the back burner. It costs us money. Change your wait time with DoorDash if you can’t get food ready in a reasonable amount of time.

  I’ve been searching for decades for a brisket that could rival my husband’s smoked brisket, this is the first one that truly delivered. It was hands-down the best brisket I’ve ever had: incredibly tender, practically melting with each bite. It was so flavorful we didn’t even need BBQ sauce. The sides were just as impressive. We ordered the coleslaw, potato salad, and the creamed corn crème brûlée. Each came in a generous, heaping cup, far more than the typical small portions most places serve. In fact, there was so much food we couldn’t finish it all. Whether you’re a BBQ connoisseur, a foodie, or simply a fan of smoked cuisine, this place is an absolute must-visit.

  I’d like to help any fellow traveler looking for not only the best BBQ in Branson, but also a damn good breakfast. In the last few years we have traveled to Branson a few times and eaten at MANY places, never going to fast food or anywhere that we can access in our hometown. We discovered Gettin Basted after a long day at Wonderworks last year. It’s right next door.. this place was amazing for lack of better words. You walk in the door and see the awards they’ve won, it’s very family friendly and amazing atmosphere where you feel welcome. Now let’s talk about the BBQ sauce… award winning and I wish I knew the recipe. Beats Texas BBQ any and every day, it’s sticky and smoky and sweet. We had the Basted Mac with the burnt ends.. that’s a meal on its own. I have ordered the Smoked Chicken, and waffle fries with beans. We have had the ribs, etc. When we returned this year to Branson. We didn’t just stop there once.. We ate there when we arrived and right before leaving we did it again. Truly great spot! Recently they started a breakfast menu that I think you guys should check out!!!! We ordered The French toast and the Pressed Pig!

  My family and I had went to Wonder Works for part of our vacay and "Gettin' Basted" was right across the street. It was fantastic. I was a server/bartender for about 7 years in my 20's so I'm a hard grader when it comes to customer service and this place gets 4 stars. Our waiter was wonderful too! After going out to eat the past couple of times at other restaurants, it seemed that the younger generation waiting tables was more interested in their phones and hanging back in the kitchen than they were about being attentive to their customers, but our waiter was not! I believe his name was Nathan if I remember correctly. Food was great- portions are huge so you probably could share with a kid. He brought our refills without even asking. He checked back in two bites or two minutes, bill came on time, he was very sweet. If we ever go back to Branson, this will definitely be our first stop.
