- EMEcho MoulinSep 27, 20261.0Every time I go by they are always backed up. I get that it’s busy at about 7:00 am, but they need to put more people on shift if they can’t keep up. I feel bad for the poor staff and the manager, James, because their owner won’t let them hire more people. I don’t even think James is there now, bless his heart. And the guy at the window with long hair is throwing things out at me, and when I am just trying to put things down, he’s acting very impatient. This location is not a place to visit in Branson.

When we got to the order box the lady was screaming another order and talking to staff while on the speaker. We finally tell her we have an order and go to window. We sit at window for another 10 minutes. No one greets us. We just sit there… my order has been ready on counter this entire time. We finally get the lady’s attention and she comes up to charge us for someone else order. Doesn’t bother to ask us what our order is, she aggressively hands the WRONG coffee over and it spills all over my hand since she was trying to be petty. We have had so much good service while in Branson that this was a disappointment 💯
