  I generally order online, and the last several times it hasn’t been ready at the specified time and the last two times the order has been wrong (partially my fault for not opening EVERY box before leaving) so this evening I ordered 2 hours ahead of times and scheduled the pick up. My wife went to pick up the order which of course was not ready and was told they tried to call (was in the shower, and they called 2 minutes before scheduled pickup time) but apparently ran out of large pizzas. My wife simply asked for credit for a future visit and was told “sorry we are really busy”. We don’t have a lot of options for pizza in this town, and now for us there is one less option because it’s everyone, always something, late, out of, wrong, messed up etc. Very poor customer service, it should be addressed.

  Cook had no gloves on hands while prepping pizza, the restaurant had a bad odor and bathroom also, there was a spider crawling inside salt and pepper holder, vegetables on pizza looked to be expired, and overall, service was subpar.

  Took the grand kids to Pizza Hut in Branson West Had a great meal and enjoyed the inside dining. The staff was so helpful. Totally enjoyed it

  Great experience at Pizza Hut! The service was friendly from the moment we walked in, and the team made sure everything was just right. We ordered a hand-tossed Supreme pizza, and it was loaded with toppings, hot, and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be coming back again!
