    I eat Taco Bell more than I probably should, but I genuinely can’t remember the last time I got exactly what I ordered. And that’s not even an exaggeration. At this point it’s just a question of whether the order is messed up badly enough for me to actually get back in the car and go fix it. I’ve worked food service myself, so I completely understand mistakes happen. But when it’s every single visit for this long, it starts feeling less like an occasional mistake and more like there’s just no system in place. It cannot be that difficult to read the screen correctly. This location is in DYER need of some kind of expo or quality-check system.

    Love the team of people that work here but you guys are doing some serious false advertising. I have watched a countless cars try to go through the drive thru for breakfast (which your advertising on your sign). Cover the the sign stop wasting people time, it sucks because tacobell had good breakfast, now im just teased with the false advertising.

    Miserable experience. Came for "fast food" on a pitstop during an all-day drive and waited 20 minutes without any update on our food. Had to ask to be given a drink cup before the food came. After 20 minutes, we asked where our order was and the staff said they would start working on it. The drive-through was being serviced the entire time. Other customers said they had similar wait times (which encouraged us to ask about our order), so this was not an isolated incident. There are plenty of workers back there, some just standing around at chatting. No one at the desk, so a doordash worker was there waiting for about 5-10 minutes. We stopped at lots of fast food places that were quick and tasty on this trip, but the service at this place was a massive disappointment.
