    This location appears to prioritize drive-thru orders over customers ordering inside. During my visit, there was a dedicated employee whose primary responsibility seemed to be delivering food to vehicles waiting outside, while customers inside experienced significant delays. I understand that speed is a key part of the fast-food experience, which is why it was frustrating to wait nearly 15 minutes for a single meal. While waiting, I observed staff members repeatedly cleaning tables rather than focusing on reducing the growing wait time for food orders. Customer service should balance the needs of both drive-thru and in-store guests. Based on the number of similar comments from other reviewers, this does not appear to be an isolated experience. Management may want to reevaluate staffing priorities to ensure all customers receive timely service.
