  I went through the drive thru and they forgot $7 item. I tried the new nugget item and it looked liked crumbs at the bottom of the bag. The fries were half full and old tasting. This kind of service is why I don't eat out very much!! Very disappointed

  The drive through guy was so stone he could barely keep his eyes open. Then he try to hand out wrong drink I told him that’s not what we order. then gave wrong food when I called the store. shift lead told me to bring my receipt in and I told him I don’t have the receipt for what I order because the guy couldn’t do his one job hand out the right food. He then yelled at me and told me don’t worry about coming back to their store. That’s fine I will never spend another dollar with Taco Bell ever again.

  My family usually likes Taco Bell and its offerings. However, the Boonville Taco Bell is terrible. The staff was super slow and unable to maje our order correct. They forgot the one portion of the meal, gave us the wrong dessert twice, and forgot a chslupa. We tried three times and gave up to get it correct. The restaurant was empty at 6pm a good time for dinner; the eating area was somewhat shabby, trash cans were full, and the bathroom was disordered. It is right off the interstate and seemed convenient. I am avoiding it next time I am in the part of MO.

  Stopped in passing through. The employees thought it would be best to gossip instead of taking care of customers. Put my food on the counter then walked away, didn't hear them call my name so who knows how long it was sitting on the counter for.. smh. Won't be back next time I pass through.
