- HFHeather Fox4 days ago3.0There is a couple employees that work the drive through who are amazing workers and are very kind to their customers. Which alot of times is hard to find in the food service industry. My only complaints is the wait time gets a bit ridiculous sometimes. One time I waited 26 minutes for a coffee and come to find out they forgot about me and gave it to someone else. Lastly, the app frequently has issues. No matter how many times I uninstall and then reinstall it. It still has issues. But, great rewards program.
