  Came through the drive-through ordered mozzarella sticks and potato cakes. Ask for them to be well done. I knew I would have to pull forward as I waited over five minutes. I backed up to the window. She gave my food to a different Guest, but didn’t bother come and tell me then they replaced my food within seconds, knowing that the potato wedges were not well done as I requested then the girls just sat there and laughed. This is very poor customer service. I will not come back.

  Service was a little slow. I had to go up to counter & ask about our food. They weren't even working on it. They weren't busy, but somehow they kinda forgot we were there. She did give us 2 free turnovers.

  We been hitting this arbys , and its kicked ass everytime so much that im taking the time to actually write a review.. Easily one of the better arby experiences me and my wife have had , everytime we come its 10 outta 10.
