Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- GCguadalupe cisneros1 day ago5.0Love the place! No one was there but they was busy. Stocking and cleaning. The crew kept busy nonstop. I did have to go up for ketchup but was only given regular not spicy...dang it. Took a little while but again wasn't due to laziness they was Stocking and cleaning
- AHAngelo Howland2 days ago3.0This chain is very overly hyped. I've never been to a Whataburger before. The store manager was very patient with all my questions. I ordered two items a specialty bacon burger and an order of onion rings. It came out to 17 dollars. I'm used to those fast food prices in California not in the Midwest. The onion rings were very good. But the burger tasted no different than a ghetto Jack in the box bacon cheeseburger. The value is not worth it. I do not recommend.
- KWKatherine WynnSep 20, 20263.0It took 20 minutes for our food to come out, we ordered 1 biscuit and gravy, 1 biscuit and sausage sandwich with cheese on it and small fries. Not sure why it took so long for a simple order but the staff was friendly and apologized for the wait.
- PPPyriskSep 18, 20261.0I always stopped there on Friday mornings when I got off work for some breakfast. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Now apparently they lock their doors at night but don't bother putting anything up saying the lobby is closed or why its even closed to begin with all of a sudden. I hate drive thru's so they lost my business.
