  Believe the 1 star reviews. I ordered a cherry limeade slush and an ice water through the drive thru. I thought there is no way that this could get messed up. Boy was I wrong. It took a while before they came to the window to take my payment. There is this dark film over the window which I assumed was to block out the sun. Part of me thinks it is more so that people can’t see whatever foolishness that is going on inside. I waited over 5 minutes for my order. To be fair I do not know how busy they were with walk ups and car parks. Once I took a sip of my slush all I could taste was warm sour syrup. There is zero way that I could drink it. When I opened the lid it had an almost smoothy like consistency and I could clearly see where the syrup was not mixed properly. The cherry on top was the sticky syrup they left on the lid. On the bright side the person who took my order was nice enough and the ice water was okay. Drive a little bit farther to get your sonic fix because this is NOT the place to go.

  I almost feel bad writing a bad review because there looked like only one person working but then they had some friends stop by and chat for a while while I waited over 30 minutes for just ice cream and when it arrived it was soup like it had been made a while ago and was sitting while they were talking with their friends in the store DO NOT GO TO ANY SONIC IN BLUE SPRINGS IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR FOOD IN UNDER 30 MINUTES

  I come here every morning on my way to work and get a rt 44 ice water and food. Today no one was there when I got there so I waited a few thinking maybe the person working just doesnt have a vehicle and is by themselves nope. Not the case at all. As one of your managers pulled in alittle past 7 which is the time Coronado location opens M-F telling me that this location has always opened at 8 on Fridays. Im pregnant and mad now bc google and your employee are not on the same page as to well yall open on Fridays. Ridiculous.

  Without fail, if the GM is not there, the food is always messed up, the oil needs to be changed more often, there are a few employee’s that need an attitude check.

  I ordered 2 large drinks from the app and it took more than 5 minutes to get them. I also added cream into my drink but when i applied the discount it took it off. i pushed the button after receiving my drink and asked if i could get cream added and i was told they didn’t know anything about the app then the worker ended the order screen. The girl that brought my drink out was also extremely rude. They obviously do not care about their customer service so i will not be returning.
