  Been to this location multiple times in the past few months and each time it’s a different thing. Broke my debit card one time, snapped it in half due to there “sticky card machine”. Getting my order wrong or not giving me part of it at all. Multiple times I will pull up the drive thru and I won’t get greeted. I’ve waited multiple minutes waiting for a greet till everyone is out of the drive thru and then some just tying to be polite and let them “catch up”, still no greet. Safe to say this is the worst place for customer service in blue springs. Save your money folks. And cold cheese bsf?

  Ordered ice and mozzarella sticks, took forever to get both. The entire time I was waiting I could hear an employee coughing extremely loud from the kitchen. When I asked the cashier if that person was near contact with the food, he tried to say that person was working in the back?

  used to be $1.99 for a pretzel now it’s $2.19 and i have to pay for the cheese. they also made the pretzels smaller.
