    Ive been visiting this location for almost 6 years and sadly I've watched it go from a solid busy full staffed, food hot and right, to 20min drive through wait, food thats thrown together, now hit or miss on taste. I miss the consistency this store use to have. Corporate needs to step in. We have limited places to choose from on the north side. I dont want to see this place close. Come fix it.

    Went there at 7:00 p.m., could see employees inside but no one would answer drive through or stall button. No close sign up either.

    They never have enough people. They never answer the speaker right away. But they do try to accommodate after the 15 to 20 minute. Wait in line.

    Hey JC, Harry, and Richard and who ever else was working today should all be fired. I’m not sure what pickle your store was in today but today was completely unacceptable for any store to run this way. We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes because no one would even answer the box. All the customers had yo just pull away on there own. Then we went to the stall another 10 minute wait, the box would not read our card and when the food was brought out it was wrong. I went in and Harry was walking around LITERALLY staring at the ceiling the cook told me I was wrong about my food and then you still charged me. 4 people 2 I know were in managerial positions and you handle a pickle this way. I watched 5 cars leave pissed off, and I know not one manager posted a sign or answered a call box to explain anything. This is the worst Sonics I have ever been to. Hope you figured out whatever pickle you were in today. This store should be shut down
