  Extremely slow service. Got tired of waiting asked for refund. Was a hassle to get it. No refund receipt. Stated I will be refunded in 24 to 48 hrs. Management was rude about it.

  Went for breakfast thinking it would be a quick pit stop. Drive through took almost 20 min and the staff was on thier cell phone the whole visit. Staff also made it seem like I was an inconvenience when I asked for picante sauce to go with the breakfast burrito.

  Ive been visiting this location for almost 6 years and sadly I've watched it go from a solid busy full staffed, food hot and right, to 20min drive through wait, food thats thrown together, now hit or miss on taste. I miss the consistency this store use to have. Corporate needs to step in. We have limited places to choose from on the north side. I dont want to see this place close. Come fix it.
