  Be prepared 2 wait at least 15 minutes for staff 2 answer the button OR drive through and another 20-30 minutes 4 your food. THEN make sure u check your bag b4 pulling off cuz THEY WILL MISS items from your order! Been here countless times and same shit over and over so this the last time I’ll do business with them

  Just skip this sonic. Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru with no one answering the speaker. Moved to a stall, another 10 minutes. Ordered 1 drink. After another 20 minutes and two presses of the call button, I finally got the drink and a casual 'Sorry, I thought it was already out'

  I’m disgusted!!! Came through drive thru ordered 5 meals, pulled to the window and paid my $40.00 with no issue, I happened to look into the window and I see a black guy placing hand fulls of lettuce on my buns with his bare hands, I politely ask for a manager and show him that his cook is not wearing gloves, he apologies and tells bro to put on gloves, I’m thinking they will wash their hands put gloves on and remake my food, TO MY SURPRISE THE GUY THEN PLACES PICKLES ON MY BARE HAND FOOD AND I HAD TO KNOCK ON THE WINDOW AND SAY, Hey I’m not going to feed my kids that he didn’t have gloves on!! The manager Quan apologized again and said he will make it all over, about a minute later the COOK ( AK) GRABS THE WINDOW OPEN AND CONFRONTS ME ABOUT WANTING MY FOOD MADE OVER WITH CLEAN HANDS AND GLOVES !!! He SAID I WAS MAKING YOUR MEAT AND I HAD “BLOOD” ON MY HANDS SO I TOOK THE GLOVES OFF, AND CONTINUED TO MAKE YOUR FOOD WITH CLEAN BARE HANDS!!!!! I said it’s required that you wear gloves !!! He then says WHY DID YOU ASK ME TO MAKE THIS FOOD OVER MY BARE HANDS ARE CLEAN!!!! IF YOU WANTED FREE FOOD THATS ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY !!!! Yes yes I cussed his ass out!!! The district manager was also working in store at 8 pm which is unlikely, he apologized, and agreed that gloves are to be worn when making food ! Still not satisfied with it at all!!! This place is out of order !!!! Please demolish the place already ! An apology IS NOT ENOUGH !!!! AK YOU ALSO NEED A HAT, VISOR OR HAIR NET BUDDY WITH ALL THOSE DREADS, QUAN YOU ARE A MANAGER, WEARING BASKETBALL SHORTS A SHIRT AND CROCS WITH NO SOCKS IS DIABOLICAL!!!!!! Andrew thank you for your kindness! DISTRICT MANAGER GUY THIS IS YOUR STORE AND I HOPE YOUR NOT OK WITH THIS REPRESENTATION! DO BETTER YOU GET PAID ENOUGH TO!

  With nobody in the lot or drive thru i waiting for several call button cycles with no response. Drove around building and saw a lone employee sitting on the counter playing on his phone. When I yelled to get his attention, he looked up at me. Then looked back at his phone ignoring me. Sonic is so scummy, the location is beat down, and the employees or employers dont care. These places need to be put out of business.

  I waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks, 1 shake and an order of fries. There was 3 people working there and only 2 cars when I pulled up.
