  My wife warned me that this Sonic "sucked" as we pulled up. Well this store, once again, lived up to its reputation. Our order was wrong and cold when it came out. Maybe if the nose ring wearing individual running the window paid as much attention to the job as painting nonsense on their car the service might be better.

  No stars really need to be an option! I placed a mobile pickup at 8:18PM for a DRINK!! Stated it would be ready at 8:23PM … guess what time I got my drink???? Never did at 8:47PM I DROVE TF OFF!!!! At least 5 cars in drive thru left before I did! & 2 mobile pickup orders as well! I asked and the worker stated I’ll have that out. Never received and will never get my time or business again!

  The service here has a LOT of room for improvement. There is always a wait at the speaker, even when there is no line. Atcthe window, service is anywhere between immediate and not at all. There are times I am unable to pay and get my food because after 5+ minutes, nobody has come to the drive thru window.

  Guy at the speaker and the window not friendly at all. I ordered Oreo and banana shake but received Oreo peanut butter and banana. Normally not a big issue if my order is slightly wrong but I am not a fan of peanut butter at all.
