  Only have loved near this sonic for about 2 months and have quickly learned it is the worst. From waiting over 30 minutes for a mobile order, getting the sloppiest made burgers with buns all smashed and torn, to the final straw of ordering some slushies last night for my family and go to pick them up around 8:30 p.m and no one is to be found in sight. Call them today and they tell us to come up later and get them only to be told they don’t have the stuff to make the slushes. Will never be back. If I could give no stars I would.

  I was there earlier to pick up 2 mobile orders and there was no one in the store this was at 6:32 pm they took the money for both orders and I had no way of getting any employee help

  I had come in and ordered at one of the stalls, the lady taking my order was an absolute delight to talk to! And from our conversation she truly does care for her community! I will be back to support

  Terrible experience at this Sonic location. I arrived at 12:35 PM, pressed the order button, and waited for someone to take my order. At 12:40 PM, another customer arrived, got out of their car, and sat on the patio. By 12:45 PM, they were already placing their order while I was still waiting without any acknowledgment. By 12:50 PM, I still hadn't spoken to a single employee, so I decided to leave. Waiting 15 minutes without even having my order taken is unacceptable. This location clearly has issues with customer service and order management. I won't be returning.
