  I ordered a medium order of french fries and a medium order of onion rings. The french fries were dark brown and looked and tasted like they had been sitting all day in old oil. They also only filled the fry container half way. I went on a Tuesday night around 9pm. It’s not hard to make and fill a fry container. I waited for the food also so not sure what I was waiting on since the fries were clearly NOT fresh. Waste of money. I also never leave reviews but this one felt needed.

  Literally sitting at this sonic currently for the last 10 minutes and no one has answered the intercom drive through to take the order. Its 10am.

  The worst experience ever! They cannot follow any instructions on the order. They made a wacky pack kids meal wrong, and the two adult meals wrong. The fries are so gross and taste like they just been sitting. All the fries are cold. Just disappointed. I will never go back. Please get people that care!

  Close your doors if you can't even acknowledge your customer's desire to be served. It's OK if you are short handed, but let us know it might be a while. Not answering the call button is unacceptable.
