  Was doing a doordash pickup I parked pushed the red button and no one answered did it again no employee answered and I got out pushed the button at another spot nothing I had to go up to the door and it still took a while for someone to help me no explanation at all. I was there for at least 15 minutes. Order was only beverages.

  Special shout out to Tee, Steven and Jordan I had a mistake on my order and they made it right with no questions asked being pregnant u want what u want and when its wrong its a big meltdown lol thankfully that was avoided. The employees here are very kind and go out of there way to make service fast friendly and efficient!!! Always on point

  DON'T BOTHER WITH ORDERING AHEAD THROUGH THE APP ANYMORE. This location does not honor the app wait time AT ALL. I will never go to this location again. I used to go to this sonic all the time because it is right down the street from my house. Last week, we ordered ahead of time on the app, and still waited 15 minutes past the expected ready time. We ordered food so I didn't think too much of it, despite it wasn't busy at all (2 cars in drive thru and 0 in stalls). Today, I ordered 2 drinks. It said my order would be ready at 1:21pm, I arrived and checked in at 1:19pm. I waited and watched cars in the drive thru get helped and leave before me, even cars that showed up AFTER me. After 17 minutes, I finally pulled out and went through the drive thru. (I watched the worker come out to the stall after I was already in the drive thru for 5 minutes). I got up to the speaker and told her I had a mobile order that I had been waiting on for 20 minutes in the stall. In a snarky voice, she said "yeah, I tried to bring it out to you and you were already gone, go ahead and pull up". I figured she'd bring me the drinks and I could leave. I waited another 5 minutes before I pulled away and left. To summarize, I arrived at 1:19pm for TWO DRINKS and left empty-handed at 1:43pm.
