  We walked in a little after 7 with our family and a catering order had wiped out almost all of the breakfast items. We ordered and waited over 10 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and an untoasted plain bagel, even though we were first in a non-existent line. Except for one exceptional lady, the rest of the staff were uninterested, slow, and clearly didn’t want to be here. When the food finally came up, no one called us or acknowledged it was ready. The food and the plating were sloppy and the silverware was dirty - smeared with whatever sauce or cheese residue was on the gentleman’s glove. Super disappointed. Or maybe our Panera at home in Camp Hill, PA just set the bar too high. They’re fantastic.

  Today, I visited Panera, where a staff member named Charles provided exceptional assistance by bringing my plate to me. As I use a mobility aid, I appreciated that he did not judge me and treated me just like any other customer. I am very grateful for this considerate experience.

  They got our order wrong, after they were told, they looked at us like we were liars.

  $55 for four pick 2 orders. This was terrible tasting food and looks nothing like the photos of the food. We will never be back !

  Boy was I disappointed in my $10 bagel with packaged cream cheese. By the time I got home the bagel was cold ... I feel like they've really gone a bit downhill.
