    They got my order completely wrong and I couldn’t even get a refund. The manger dosent even speak English I am very disappointed in this company. Will not be going to this location again😡

    Normally I don't want a receipt. I enjoy saving on paper and I don't like the extra wadded up trash in my purse. But today, a McDonald's employee thought it would be funny to give me a half eaten quarter pounder. It was gross. It was disgusting. I would almost understand it if I was a rude customer. But there were no skirmishes of the sort. My best advice is to either avoid this McDonald's, or to make sure you get the receipt. Because if I had the receipt, I would have given them back the sandwich. But instead, I will warn other customers.

    Majority of staff cannot speak fluent English so when you order half of your food is missing and then they got confused and laughed when I asked if I have to wait in line again for the drink they missed then they got snobby with me that I only ordered 1. Mcdonalds needs better employee quality control, Theres a few staff members I enjoy but then other staff members cannot speak English or communicate properly.

    4/19 at around 9:35am, get the girl in the second drive thru window out of there. 😭 She didn't say a word to me which I wouldn't usually care, it's mcdonalds, but I think she had an issue with how I ordered at the speaker and it stemmed from that. Before giving me my drink she tipped it completely sideways. Like fully horizontal. Not sure why she did that, there was soda all over the cup and pooling at the top when she handed to me. She just looked at me without saying anything. Weird experience. Also, there's ALWAYS egg shell in the eggs for the mcmuffins now. I'd rather y'all just use carton eggs at this point if keeping shells out of the food is this difficult.
