  Sandwich was good, service was eh. But when the finally asked what I wanted the kid was okay. I guess nobody know what customer service is.

  I've been eating here lately and the sandwiches I've ordered have been really, really good and quickly made. They aren't 'mostly all bread' like some places. The bread has a good texture and flavor. Veg on the sandwich has been fresh and crispy. . Only complaint is counter people are pretty pretty cut and dried. No greeting. I tried to be friendly and got a blank look. Lady making sandwiches literally glared at me. Probably just 'one of those days'.

  The whole purpose of ordering from Jimmy johns is because its freaky fast.. thats why they limit there delivery range and thats why I choose to order from Jimmy johns but this order by the time I get it will have taken 1hr to be delivered. So im getting a sandwhich thats just been sitting around getting soggy for over an hour. Ive ordered from here numerous times and never had an issue. But can guarantee that this will be a last. Order just got picked up 20 minutes away and has drop offs along the way.... seriously will never order through Jimmy johns again. Absolute joke its been this long and then they use a 3rd party service that takes their sweet time all long the way. If I wanted to use uber eats I would have ordered through them.

  i’m very satisfied with my food and the customer service, the manager working at the time was phenomenal.
