- EWEmma WhiteJun 21, 20265.0the person making my drink apologized for taking so long as they are new. i didn’t get their name, but they had short hair and a ton of piercings. i want to go back just to say that this is literally the best drink ive ever gotten. upon pulling up they immediately complimented me, i am having a rough day and could have literally cried. they made my drink with such precision and again this is the best drink ive ever gotten from dutch bros. the flavor in it is perfect, they made it amazingly correct. i hope i get to see them again to tell them how good they’re doing!!

I am tired of getting skipped after arriving and waiting before other cars. They dont pay attention and skip your car and I am done being late to work because they do it. Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
