- GVGage Vandeventer2 days ago1.0Ordered thru the chipotlane, got there a couple minutes before the order was ready, the guy told us to “move up to spot one” (with not a single person behind us mind you). Got a notification was ready and 5 minutes went by and no one came out to give us our food. Had to go in to get it and defeated the whole purpose of the drive thru. So dumb.

The guy making my food kept full hand touching my ingredients with every scoop and the girl next to him was wiping her fly away hair and face as she was scooping. As I was at the register another customer legit walked in complaining about a long black piece of hair. Yall nasty and while I’m here the location on 350 in Raytown is overly trifling and dirty as well! Get some hair nets and change the clean up process and glove changing rules. I won’t eat at either ever again.

Went in person to try and order but were told we can only order through the app. What a dumb way to do business relying solely on an app that clearly has issues. Losing out on today's business and may end future business. There should always be more than one way to order.
