  Food wasn’t warm, tacos were actually cold, pretty bland and the guacamole was absolutely flavorless somehow with stale chips. Then the girl threw my food in the bag sideways causing it to leak out and when I picked it up the food fell out of the bottom or the wet bag. Very disappointing

  i had a pickup order that was ready on time, however.. my rice was not cooked through it was still hard, the steak was mostly fat and not even fully cooked, the beans were not ready either, and i asked for extra cheese and got very minimal cheese.

  I went into this chipotle 05/03/2026 I’ve been going to chipotle since the first one opened in Kansas City this visit to this location is by far my worst experience the line prep people need to be retrained on how to properly greet customers how to fold the burritos properly so that the ingredients don’t come out my burritos was folded as if they were making the burritos for themselves should be a standard on how to properly fold a burrito will never eat at this establishment again especially if the staff doesn’t care about presentation

  Placed and order online and somehow wound up being routed to here, tried to call this restaurant a good 20 times to fix the issue instead an automated answering bot takes the call and refuses to put me through to a person to fix it. It transfers me to a new line that doesn’t pick up the phone and just hangs up so now they’ve stolen my money and I can’t even get my order.

  I went in there after picking my kids up from school due to severe weather. I went in. I ordered my food and was getting a steak bowl. When the guy asked me what I wanted I said I would like steak with my brown rice so when he reached in to get steak, he realized the pan was empty. So he pulled it out of the steam water heating table and went and got another pan. When you come back with a pan, he literally dropped it into the table, splashing scolding, hot water all the way down the front of me in which I’m wearing shorts at the time. The gentleman look like he had no clue what he was doing at the time or what he had done. When I had expressed that, hey you just got scolding hot water all over the front of me. He was still just continuing to look around like he was looking for something not even paying attention to what he was doing and of course corporate was in that store that day. They seem to hurry to wanna give me free food after the incident. And as I expressed, no, I will pay for my own food. I don’t need you giving me something for free because of your mistake and the lack of proper training. Needless to say, I will never be going back there due to safety issues in that place.
