  Place an online order at 7:03 PM. Email stated offer would be ready at 7:20pm. My husband walked in right at 7:20pm. Roughly 2 minutes later, an employee came out and posted a sign on the door stating that they were closed. That they were only accepting online orders or DoorDash. Inside my husband witnessed a poorly run kitchen and poor managed staff. Employees were cursing at customers. Staff was not making orders in the order they came in online. Our order was also inaccurate. A burrito was made as a bowl. We did not recieve the side of lime sauce or the two tortillas i paid for. My husband informed one of the high schoolers working that the order was wrong. The teenager just laughed it off and threw a foil wrapped item in the bag. It was one tortilla. It should have been three. And still no sauce. People were even willing to leave and not wait for their food...If they could receive a refund, which staff stated, they were unable to do. We waited over 50 minutes for poor quality food. We witnessed poor service....And I've paid for items that I did not receive!!! When trying to connect with customer service via a link in my original order email...All they were willing to do was give me free chips and guac. With no link to prove this to the store to try and redeem! This will not cover the cost of items I'm missing or the terrible service that was received.

  Don’t ever go to this restaurant. Employees are awful, service is a joke, the place is a mess. Submitted online order for pickup 45 minutes before arriving. Did not even start our order by the time we got there and said there was a long line in front of us. Had to cancel the order and leave.

  No chicken, no cheese, no corn. About 5 or 6 women working on staff. Horrendous attitudes all around. Acted as if it was the customers fault that they were out of everything. Lots of yelling from employees. No compromises, no substitutions to be made. And now you have to pay 13 dollars because they only have steak. Mobile order line backed up about 7 customers and when someone asked where their food is lots of swear words and excuses to be made. 6:30-6:45 let’s make some adjustments. Also your front door slams too hard and you have air gaps in your windows. A failed piece of glass too. Let me know if you need someone to fix it…

  Horrible customer service by the young skinny cashier with curls and yung blond girl with small tattoos. Threw salsa in the bag and it spilled. Not very nice when you’re a paying customer. Walked away did not buy anything after that treatment.

  I was treated rudely by an employee, right after watching that same employee treat the person before me in line rudely. I asked to speak w a manager about it, but none appeared. I guess they don't keep any managers on site? Not sure. Customer service does not matter of there no recourse for customers regarding rude employees. It's not worth the hassle of returning for the same or similar customer service values.
