The manager Krystal, remade my food so that it was fresh because I was 40 minutes late for my pick up. She by no means had to do this, but she did it anyway. There’s never enough employees it seems like and with the employees there it seems like they don’t want to work. The meat never seems fresh seems like it’s been sitting out for awhile even if it just came off the grill. Also seems like no one knows how to wrap a burrito. Line always moves incredibly slow. This place is just terrible lmao

Normally when you come into a restaurant that close to closing time, you can feel rushed or like you’re inconveniencing the staff. That was not my experience at all. Genesis went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. She greeted me with a positive attitude, treated me with respect, patiently took my order, and never once made me feel rushed. On top of that, she gave generous, healthy portions and made sure everything was prepared exactly how I wanted it. What impressed me most was that even after what was surely a long day and with closing time approaching, she remained cheerful, professional, and genuinely helpful. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it deserves recognition. Thank you, Genesis, for providing exceptional service and making my visit a great one. Chipotle is lucky to have team members like you. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Highly recommended.
