  It seems like there's a shortage on Arby's sauce. My husband really likes the flavor. So he ask for it and out of 3 big meals they give us 1 packet for each meal. I don't understand.

  lady told me they were out of curly fries and then preceded to give next person in line two large baskets of curly fries because they were and employee. what?!? so employees get five star service and us PAYING customers get 0? quality sucks but at least i enjoyed my burger.

  Feeling bout ready to enjoy lunch...I stopped by this particular Arby's. There was one car in the drive thru..and the lobby was empty. After placing my order inside with the cashier. I stood out of the way and waited for my order. As I watched the workers move about... I noticed that they did not have any food on the grill... nor in the fire. So as a customer placed their order. Then the workers would drop items in the fry basket. I waited 20 minutes for my food.

  Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Manager was extremely rude. Acted like they didn’t want to make the food if it wasn’t already cooked.
