  I went to Seven Brew in Blue Springs and ordered an ice cookie butter blondie with extra carmel drizzle and it was AMAZING! Also, I am a big carmel person and my barista who was taking care of my order, Harper Allin, made sure my drink had extra carmel. And as I was opening my straw, I accidentally snapped it and Harper made sure I got an extra straw and even gave me another one after that just in case! Safe to say from the kindness, to the amazing customer service, Blue Springs Seven Brew will definitely see me back! Highly recommend!!!

  Harper was great! She provided a warm welcome as soon as I was in line and made me feel super welcome! She carried herself well and a conversation from start to finish! Always nice to see her in the line taking orders! Would recommend!

  I’ve been a regular customer at 7Brew for a few years, so I was thrilled when the Blue Springs location opened down the road. I get a Blondie every single visit, but the consistency at this location has really gone downhill. For the past few months, every time I go, the drink tastes like it was pre-made in a pitcher and sitting in the fridge all day completely watered down with barely any flavor. I even started ordering it extra sweet to try to fix it, but even that doesn't help anymore. I’m so disappointed because the Lee's Summit and Overland Park locations never have this issue their drinks are always fresh and consistent. Unfortunately, after months of bad drinks, I think I'm done giving this location my business.

  I don’t usually leave reviews but I am startled by the hospitality my sister and I received at this location. To start off, we wanted to do separate orders so we could both get points, as one does. The worker did not like that at all, she was not an ounce of nice to us. My sister then ordered a drink with light ice. We thought “oh! No worries we’ll just tell the worker.” Not at all. Hell broke loose. She had an attitude again, and took the drink to the back just for it to sit on the counter, and for her to bring it back out, without actually making it light ice. So we wasted our time for nothing because she didn’t remake the drink. We then waited for 2 more drinks that I ordered for my meemaw and papa. So I once again, ask the worker that we are waiting for a drink that i could visibly see was ours. At this point I think she is going to explode with how mad she was! I was being nice and polite but I understand this heat makes people act up. She then goes inside to ask her coworker if that drink is our and yes it is folks. She came out with the drink and with aweful attitude. Do better 7 brew!
