  This McDonald’s needs a new manager ASAP! I put my order in @10am through the McDonald’s APP, but didn’t realize that I made it for the drive through pick up. (Side note I’m in a semi-truck) I than told McDonald’s employee at the counter that my pick up number is for the drive through, she replied its ok I could grab your order for you, but it’s not quite ready yet. It’s now 1030am and thy have stopped serving breakfast and I’m still waiting. I asked another employee about my order and said my order was cancelled. How can it be cancelled when I already paid for it on the McDonald’s app!? I asked to talk to the manager and the manager refused to talk to me! The employee than re-entered my order so I was finally able to get my breakfast sandwiches. I checked my sandwiches. It was just the sausage patty and the bread, it was already 1045am Not coming here again until thy get a new manager ASAP.

  We order a side of bacon and got a lonely piece of burn bacon for almost 3 dollar,manager was rude we waited about 10 minutes for our food and manager was in a bad mood

  Wrong ingredients on my cheese burgers. I wouldn't think it would be a difficult task to make. Bun, burger, cheese, mustard, bun. That was my order. Came with mayo and ketchup. Also, a ten piece nugget should have 10 in the box. Not 7. This was a to go order and we were 10 miles away before we figured out they screwed us.

  Been at this McDonalds a million times. Drive through wait times are a minimum of 30 minutes no matter the time of day or size of the order, however we were hungry and had been driving a long time so we stopped anyways. Drive through has always been open until midnight, the website says it and says it and google shows it. So been traveling for hours, needed something to eat and it’s barely past eleven. Say in drive through no answer, drove around the side nobody working, drove back to drive through while another truck is also waiting. Called the building and asked why they weren’t answering drive through, she said they were closed. When we said all signs and ads state midnight she said well they must be wrong and hung up. So we left and now I’m leaving this review. Avoid Bethany mo McDonald’s, even when desperate it’s really not worth it. Then after calling the rude employee sent a text to my phone saying don’t believe everything you see online with the picture of their door.
