About
RestaurantIce Cream Shop
Tiara's Water Ice has Philly's best fruit and candy flavored water ice. It is a variation of italian ice but with a consistency like sherbert. It is dairy free. If you think snow cones and shaved ice are ok, you will love this yummy treat. It is loaded with flavor and nothing like it in the Kansas City area. We also have some food items like hot dogs, Philly soft pretzels, pretzel dogs, and spicy pretzel sausages.
