  The store has had a turnover in staff. They burnt out the good sandwich makers and managers. The new staff is not cutting it. Sandwiches: the veggies are disappearing to just a sub with meet. Restrooms: You all know I believe the restrooms get cleaned once the kitchen is cleaned and caught up. Restrooms: This kitchen can’t be clean because of the now disgusting restrooms. Dinning Room: Table tops are filthy and the floors always dirty. And now you get to thin paper napkins so there’s nothing to clean your own table with. And if your thinking use paper towels from the restrooms we’ll that was broken for more than a month. They must of found the broken paper towels dispenser by chance because it just got fixed and they still didn’t touch the restroom. Besides it’s pretty gross to use something out of the restrooms to clean in the dining room where you eat. Staff: No personality or customer skills.

  I did not realize there is no actual drive thru. The drive thru is a kiosk. I pulled to the window and the woman working clearly was annoyed that I pulled up to the window. I simply said “oh your speaker isn’t working” and she very rudely replied that it’s not a speaker, it’s a kiosk. And I said “ok no problem. I’m here now can I just order here?” Rolled her eyes, huffed her breath and with full attitude said “umm no. You can use the kiosk or come inside.” The amount of attitude and condescending tone that came out of her was unreal. I then said to her “I’m sorry I don’t live here and was simply asking. I don’t appreciate you being rude.” The eye rolling continued as she said “I’m not being rude. Either get out of your car and order or use the kiosk.” So I drove off and left. It’s no wonder nobody was there ordering food. The attitude and complete disregard for customer service was absurd. I will never be ordering from here again unless management gets their staff and their customer service attitudes under control. Completely uncalled for.

  Yesterday I went in to this subway to get a sandwich and while I was waiting in line I looked down at the bread and saw ROACHES CRAWLING ON THE BREAD! I was flabbergasted. I’m the staff was really nice and very remorseful but I DID NOT eat there. This was during the day so if you can see roaches during the day there has to be an infestation. It needs to be shut down and no one should be eating there.
