  Ordered a pizza melt. A month ago you would get 2 slices and marinara sauce. Today it was 1 slice and no marinara. For the exact same cost. Very disappointed.

  What happened to pizza hut? It has gone to hell these days. I ordered a large thin crust pizza with pepperoni,tomatoes and fire roasted veggies. Plus an order of 5 breadsticks. The first complain is the cheese it had a weird taste to it. Seemed way too rubbery yet it had zero pull to it. Tastes like fake cheese honestly. The fire roasted veggies were crazy sweet. The sauce tastes really sweet like sugar so that made the pizza overly sweet. The crust says thin and crispy but it was limp not crispy at all. As a kid it was crispy but this pizza had zero crispy at all. Pizza had to be re cut because whoever cut it did a terrible job. Breadsticks were so darn chewy I could barely bite them and swollow them. Then tiny sauces come with them good thing I ordered extra. But it was so surgery sweet it was sickening. Terribly disappointed. Oh and upon entering yaks location it smells like a porta potty. What gives? They are blaming the smell on the closed yogurt shop next door. But that smell was so bad I almost left without picking up my pizza. I know I will never order pizza hut every again nasty.

  Quick, reliable service and accurate food. I live closer to the Pizza Hut on North Dean ave, but I drive past that one to come to this one. Shoutout to Steven! Appreciate everyone's hard work here.

  Not sure who is in charge of the store but someone needs to explain customer service to them. This is the 2nd time I have had to pay for a delivery fee and did not get what I ordered. when you call you get someone that has no clue on how to talk to costumers. then before you can explain the issue you get transferred to a customer service that will tell you nothing they can do and put you off until they can hang up on you and make you start all over again. But I would think if you pay for something you should get it because you pay extra for them to call someone else to bring it to you and keep the money for doing nothing.
