I normally try to avoid interactions if i can because he is so rude and today despite not saying anything, he yelled into my window "You're Welcome". Uncalled for and unnecessary. I will be driving across town to go to another location purely for this one individual.

I waited patiently, then he got everything handled that was going on (not busy, and not customers) and then walked back into the kitchen again leaving me standing there. Now, your contact / feedback form requires a receipt, since I couldn't get waited on, I didn't purchase anything, I can't fill the feedback out. I wasted 15 minutes trying to get food. Now I have wasted more time typing this. So if I could give your attempt at problem resolution a rating, it would be 1 star. I don't like giving 1 star reviews but I think it was warranted in this case.
