  Asked for no tomato’s as I’m allergic. Guess what’s on my sandwich. This ain’t the first time it’s happened either that or they forget an item.

  What a bummer of a store. Always out of bread or now only open for drive through at 7:30pm. Tonight I paid extra for a side that didn't exist with no refund. Was purchased through the app.

  How incompetent do you have to be to run out of bread at a sandwich shop when it’s dinner time? I can’t even comprehend how this place is in business, I don’t think I trust them to follow food handling guidelines.

  Ordered 2 gyro wraps at almost 12 bucks a piece. They were small and and not very filling. For the price you would expect more meat and a bag of chips to go with it. The guy who took my order and made the wraps needs some help in his customer service skills. This was my first time ever trying Jimmy John's and for what I got I wont be going back. Better options at other places with even better pricing.

  Longish wait. Pretty normal for this location. However, the employee was great and offered us a free treat for the long wait, I think they are understaffed.
