  We have visited various Fazoll's over a lot of years and most have been ok to good. Our experience on 5/18/26 was exceptional from driving up and watching Sara T. working hard cleaning a table. Then later watching her pulling tables and sweeping the area getting into te corners of the store, with a great attitude. We were meet before getting to the counter by Ryan H. He was peppy, smiling in telling us he would be helping us. When we ordered he told each of us how excellent our selections were and would bring us our meal after checking out. All with this great smile and upbeat attitude. He brought out our meal again with the great attitude and smile. As we were leaving I asked for his name, he wrote it down along with Sarah name. Telling me the great service and attitude was because of his managers great attitude. When we travel again in this area we will have less discussion about where because of the beyond excellent service, attitude and smiles along with the great food. The staff outshine the food by a long way. Longest rating I have ever done. THAKK YOU BELTON STAFF

  Our associates really enjoyed the food and drinks of course the breadsticks are a favorite. We had spaghetti, chicken Alfredo and chicken carbonara. The food was amazing. I want to appreciate the associates that took care of every need. From the plates cups plastic wear, everything we needed. I really appreciate all the help from Melissa M who cooked the food and made sure I got it all in the car. I appreciate all your team for taking care of my team at the Cosentino’s Peculiar Price Chopper.

  Absolutely poor service and the manager should be ashamed of herself. Ordered for delivery and delivery went to wrong address then they remade it for pick up. Picked it up and order was wrong. So let them know and she wanted to get snotty and said we cant keep remaking the orders till they are right. Well young lady when people order and its not served correctly you need to remake it. Its not we order and you serve whatever you want. We pay for what we want and thats what needs served. Then to say we dont need you as a customer anymore says you have no care for customer service.

  I cannot share enough KUDOS for Fazoli's #5963 employee Ryan. He greeted us with a smile and eye contact while being diligent to take our order and ensure it was correct. He checked on us numerous time to ask if we needed anything else and in between, he was hustling between the counter, other guests, and cleaning. He was super customer focused and we felt very welcomed. We even had a brief chat to compliment the manager and she was awesome, too!
