  Every-time I go to this Chipotle it’s always something! I recently moved from Overland Park to Raymore, and have not had a good experience, the first couple of times, they were out of fajitas (veggies) and then guacamole, this time no sour cream, and when I got home to eat my food, my meat tasted burnt. Just ridiculous!! I am so tired of the disappointment!!

  Extremely slow service and lots of workers behind the counter doing absolutely nothing and look right at you and completely pretend you’re not there. Also very dirty behind the counter and in the dining room. I’ve tried several times to give it a chance but I will never go back.

  1-Star Review: Absolute Disaster – Belton, MO Chipotle Should Shut Down Permanently We just wasted over 25 minutes standing in line at the Belton Missouri Chipotle, only to witness one of the most unprofessional and infuriating displays of customer service I've ever seen. While we waited, a rude, slovenly male employee behind the counter made a dramatic show of shaking his head and rolling his eyes at every single order placed. It was constant, visible contempt for the customers paying his wages. The rest of the staff matched his energy—slow, sloppy, and completely disorganized in their work. After standing there for 25 minutes with zero progress, we still had another 15 minutes of waiting ahead just to even place our order. That was the breaking point. We walked out, just like we did the last time we tried this location. This marks the second time we've left Chipotle in Belton empty-handed due to their abysmal service. This isn't a one-off bad day. This is a broken operation that treats customers like an inconvenience. The attitude, the inefficiency, and the overall lack of basic professionalism are unacceptable. Belton deserves better than this. Chipotle at this location needs to close its doors permanently and spare the public any more frustration. Save your time and money—go literally anywhere else. We ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings, where they actually value customers. Never again.

  My husband and I stood in line for 20 minutes and have yet to order our food. The workers are incredibly slow, one keeps rolling his eyes every time someone asks for something. At one point, all workers vacated to the back while customers still stood in line. We ended up leaving and taking our business to Buffalo Wild Wings instead. We were not the only people who left because of such poor business.

  I was worried this might be a bad location based on the reviews but the food was fresh and they weren't too stingey with the portions. They also weren't out of anything like other reviews mention. Restaurant was a little messy but not terrible for a Saturday night. No complaints regarding the service either. I'll be back since it's so close.
