I went thru drive thru 4/26 ams.paod at 1210 pm and.immediatelt asked to pull up they'd bring out order of.3 items.mind you
20 mins later I go in to find we were.fully forgotten they Manager did apologize offering if i.came.back she'd replace.order but explained not.from.the area.ahe said ok bye. Go.to.my car to find.order wasn't even.right and this time manager looked.annoyed to.see me never apologizing. The cashier picked up.wrong sandwich and asked said Manager do.we.throw this one away? Like what you wasn't event.supposed.to.take.across.counter cross.contaimenation. very disappoi ting.andaking us late to.oir destination for a foolish lunch !!!!

I’m really disappointed with our experience at Arby’s. Our order had multiple issues. One of the Classic Roast Beef sandwiches was missing the bun entirely and only had meat, and it was supposed to be a double meat. The Smoked Brisket sandwich was missing the onion straws. Another Classic Roast Beef sandwich had cheese sauce smothered all over it even though we specifically requested no cheese sauce. On top of that, we didn’t receive any of the dipping sauces we ordered, and all of the food was cold.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. We expect orders to be correct and at least served warm. I hope management addresses these quality control issues so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
