  Used drive thru at midnight. Custom "have it my way" order. No problem. Fast service, custom order reasy at pickup when I got to the window. Perfect order. Onky negative, no napkins! I carry paper towels in my car so not an issue.

  So I went here at this McDonald's yesterday and even though they say they're 24 hour, they would not take my orders at 4:00 a.m. because they said their system was swapping to breakfast and wouldn't even give me a time on when they could receive orders. If a 24-hour they should be able to do orders regardless of when or at least give us a time frame. Just a side note, I sat there for 4 minutes with three cars behind me. No one answering the intercom and then they come out of the building with a trash bag saying they're not taking orders right now. I asked is there nobody at the intercom and she said she was supposed to be there and apologized. I'm happy she apologized but we're was she when we were in line waiting for the intercom. I read another review on here saying workers were nowhere to be found and I feel like that's a common issue here. Then tonight I went to the same McDonald's wanting two sprites and they would only say mobile or doordash repeatedly. It felt like I was talking to AI or a computer. Then when I said I wanted two sprites she rudely said on how their systems were down and just continued to talk about doordash or mobile. Never seen the McDonald's have so many issues back to back. I don't leave reviews but the way the people have been rude in there the past two nights led me to write this review.

  Sadly, this is the closest location to me. Being pregnant I just want some easy food, but as per usual the order was messed up. Whether it’s for an iced coffee or something as simple as a happy meal, they will forget or make it in a garbage way. Manager got very disrespectful after they forgot something in my mobile order. A simple happy meal. My partner showed back up for the order and again, the manager got disrespectful saying it was our fault that the happy meal was forgotten. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Staff is extremely rude and again, they either forget your order or make it wrong.
