It’s not a big part of the order but it’s aggravating and asinine to me that it’s something they can’t keep straight.

- KCKevin CookMay 3, 20261.0This is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the worst run, worst managed, most inept reaturaunt I have ever dealt with. Not just based off of one visit or a month or even a year, but literally since day one of opening. I say this as someone who spent one year too many in resturaunts. Expect less than skeleton crew staffing. Drive thru lines back up and even when they dont it still takes an unbelievably long time to get your food. The lobby is locked on a whim half the time, which makes you use the drive thru which (in addition to the God awful waits) makes you more lilely to recieve a totally wrong order than using a kiosk. Seriously. Whoever owns this place must be Scrooge McDuck in the flesh. I could swear ive seen one person running this place at 9pm numerous occasions. Maybe hire a couple more people. Jesus. Ive been swearing up and down Id never go back. Today I made an exception. They had people there working! More than one! Looked like 4! Try and go in, doors locked at 8pm. Nice. OK, go to the drive thru, "Before you start we have no beef." Nice to know they cant even manage to order properly to go along with staff properly or take orders right!
