  Found a hair in our food. Asked about onions to make sure no onions in the item , of course onions made into the sandwich. Grilled cheese sandwich steamed (gross). Customer service was pretty lame as well. Loaf of bread is the one item out of our $31 that was correct. Overwhelmingly disappointing all around. Used to like panera. Won't be coming back for while.

  Very friendly staff. Quality seems a bit higher than most Paneras. Great patio and cool interior. The drive in wait can be brutal though. Avoid if there’s more than 1-2 cars in front of you or just walk in.

  Went in today to have a bagel for the first time in a year maybe, I was excited for a cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese only to get a frozen and thawed bagel that was completely horrible. It was rubbery and chewy and tasted nothing like I remember. I did find out that in an attempt to cut costs they are no longer baking fresh bagels and now thawing frozen ones instead. Sadly I will not be going back anytime soon.

  I ordered 6 asiago bagels, sliced and toasted, three plain bagels, sliced and toasted, three cinnamon crunch bagels, sliced and toasted and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an asiago bagel. I did not get the sausage egg and cheese sandwich that I paid for. When I called to try and let them know, no one would answer the phone. They would pick it up and immediately hang the phone up. I called 8 times and I was hung up on every time. That is not acceptable. I wouldn’t go there ever again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go there either. Horrible customer service. They dumped the 12 bagels in a paper bag. By the time I got them to work, all the bagels were mixed up. I had to try and match the top and bottom part of the bagel. What a joke. That is an absolutely apathetic atmosphere that management allows to exist. Don’t waste your hard earned money going to Panera Bread that doesn’t care about getting your order correct and servicing it correctly. They just want your money. And don’t call to try and get the problem corrected because they will just hang up on you before you can say a word. Good stuff.

  Great food, very friendly and helpful staff. Vess is a stand out, very polite. Salads are always delicious, fresh ingredients.
