  Just go to the one up the street. These people are a joke. Let 3 people go before me in the drive through and were rude when I mentioned it. Went to the one up the street instead and had a very pleasant experience.

  I wanna say this my day was going pretty crappy and I wasn’t just filling it today. You know I stopped at McDonald’s in Ballwin off of Manchester. Carlos is the manager. He’s got to be one of the sweetest nicest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life him and the employees were singing dancing and having a good time, I’m gonna say it was probably one of the happiest atmospheres I’ve been in. It took me right out of my sad mood right back into my good mood thank you Carlos you’re the bomb and so is your crew

  I’m gonna say this I wasn’t having such a good day and I stopped this McDonald’s not only was Carlos the manager extremely nice sweet and funny but so are the other employees they were singing dancing and having a good time and I just brought my day right back up the food was good. They were quick about it. The store was clean like Carlos is cool man. Thanks Carlos you’re the bomb.

  The store's posted opening time is 5 a.m., which is when I placed my online order. It’s been over an hour and a half, and I haven’t received any response at the drive-thru despite multiple attempts by myself and others. What’s surprising is that I can see people inside the store. I understand I ordered right at opening, but it’s disappointing to be told the store is open and then not be ready to serve customers.

  i waited one hour for my friend and this idiotic employes said say 67 and we will give u food. i said 67 and i didnt get my food 😭😭😭😭
