  This is based on having been to Guaco Taco three times. First time was good, so we went back. The second time the food was very greasy but we thought maybe that was just an off day so we went back a third time and unfortunately, the food was not good. I tried three different tacos and only one was good, the Al Pastor. The other two were extremely greasy, lacked favor and the meat was very tough on the chicken taco. I will say the margaritas were good though.

  I was driving down Manchester Road absolutely delirious with hunger, saw Gaucho Taco, and decided to pull in. I had no idea what I was about to stumble into. I got the asada burrito and was completely blown away. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and clean, the steak was fantastic, and the whole burrito just hit perfectly. Nothing heavy or greasy — just really fresh ingredients and great flavor. One of those random stops where you walk in starving and leave thinking, “How have I never been here before?” Gaucho Taco absolutely crushed it. I’ll be back, tonight, for dinner.

  Awesome new Mexican restaurant. It's a nice big space with many tables and about 6 tables outside. Two choices for service: order using a QR code at the table or table service. Our service was great and the food was delicious. The 2 types of beef tacos were great and the Cali chicken burrito was terrific with great flavor. You can get burritos as a bowl instead of a burrito. We also had their churros which were very good. Nice beer and drink selection, including a Margherita slushy. Reasonably priced relative to everything being expensive these days.

  was sitting in for the second time, my boyfriend and i were trying to enjoy our meal when we could hear who i assume to be the GM screaming, not yelling. screaming at his employees. he eventually came into view and was yelling at someone else over the phone. while my waitress was fantastic and kind, i won’t be back. i can’t imagine funding a business that doesn’t respect their employees. overall a very disappointing experience. food is not worth the price, and neither is having to listen to someone scream at others. weird..

  My family has been to Guaco Taco 3 times in the past month and a half and I dont know what has happened, but the food quality and offerings have fallen off. We have ordered the Fajita nachos (now re named guaco nachos) each time and it has been a differnt size each time and the portions particularly the amount of meat as all but dwindled. Our nachos barely ahd any meet on them. In addition to the food we have enjoyed the margaritas but even they have come in 3 different size glass each time. Tonight was so full of ice and the drink was so watered down I thought it was a lemonade. The last thing that has put a sour taste in our mouth was we went during happy hour one to find the nachos were renamed (fine no big deal) but the loaded fries were not available at the old happy hour price. Menus change, but they had no less than 4 happy hour menus on the table that showed the fries and the reduced price but they would not honor it because it was not in their mobile menu that way anymore. So quick decent Mexican, but quality seems to be falling off.
